This is a replica of a vintage black and white photograph of African-American abolitionist Harriet Tubman. This is a formal portrait of the famed conductor of the Underground Railroad. Although Tubman is famous for leading slaves to freedom, that's not the only courageous work she did. For instance, during the Civil War, she was a nurse and a spy for the Union Army.
